A Bit About Me
Hello! I'm Madison and I'm so happy you're here =) My goal in coaching is to help people transform their mindsets and ways of thinking to manifest a happier and more grateful life filled with inner peace and strength.
I started my own mindset transformation journey without knowing that's what I was doing about 7 years ago. I had just broken up with a longterm boyfriend, was feeling stagnant in my career and was just ready to change my life for the better - I simply couldn't wait any longer.
At the time, I didn't have a coach or anyone to help me. It took me a long time to figure out the difference between true happiness and the outward appearance of it. Eventually, I figured out that by changing my perspective, I could control my emotions, thoughts and reactions. What if you too could train your brain to see things that happen simply as things that happen, not as something that happens to you?
I'll admit - it's a simple concept. However, it's not the easiest thing to do. Over the years I have seen plenty of ups and downs and had to learn to practice and refine the techniques I work on with my clients. Each experience has brought me new insight and has allowed me to be a better coach.
To this day, I incorporate all of the things I coach my clients on in my own life. I am so grateful for this opportunity to help people become the best and happiest versions of themselves. There is no big secret to it, just small adjustments here and there that bring about a huge change in how we perceive the things in our lives.
